     my team advanced to the next round , when will i get it?

    My Team name is Maverick. My team advanced to the 2nd round. I also did not receive the e-box kit. I request the people responsible for the dispatch of the kits to kindly mail me the details of the shipment like docket number, carrier name and dispatching date to me over email.

    Hi there!

    The eBoxes have all shipped and are on their way to you! FedEx typically take between 5 and 10 days depending on location. Unfortunately I cannot tell you exactly when the eBox will arrive to your house, because it depends on the customs clearance process in your country. Some countries takes more time to process shipments than others.Please give it a little more time to go through :-)

    R dere any chances of extending the deadlines of the competition after 21st May? This is because my team is from India and we have also not received the e-boxes. Today, it's 20th of April and so, tym is running out.

    Dear SayanDey!

    I am sorry you have not received your eBox yet. Because of the issues with the local customs clearance process we actually already have extended the deadline from May 5 to May 21. Unfortunately we are unable to extend it further.

    So, what can we do to solve the local customs problems or r there n e thng tat u can do such that we get the e box within 21st May?

    I have checked with the shipping company and according to their papers the eBox was delivered and signed for - by someone named Mary on april 12.

    Fedex Tracking# is 442228571907

    I checked and was told that someone who works at my school picked it up (mary). I thought that the address on the package would be the one on my profile page which is my address not schools. Anyway I'll check with the school. Thanks for your help Gitte

    Today is 25th of April but still I have not received my e-box. A person called me up about 8 days ago may be from the customs (sales) department of our country and asked me for some documents from sales tax. But I don't have any documents regarding this matter. Moreover, this is to be delivered at my home address as specified to you but they want me to take some documents and bring the e-box. I will request you to please make a note of this matter seriously and take some serious steps. I am not buying the instrument, then why should I take sales tax paper? Besides, I donot have any documents of that sort.So, it would be highly appreciable if you please take some serious actions as soon as possible. My team is from India named Meditronics.

    unfortunately we didn't get the E-box that we supposed to receive, so we'll really appreciate it if u send us the Fedex Tracking number or any other information that could help.

    I have checked with Fedex and the eBox was delivered on April 4th and signed for by F.ERAS PPWKS. The tracking number is: 442228571892.

    Hello Sayan Dey,

    I have been working with UPS here in the US to clear the package for delivery. I am told the hold up is due to road taxes and we send a message last week to find out if we can pay the road tax and get the eBox delivered to you. I have not heard from them yet.

    I would encourage you to contact UPS Jetair Express - phone number is 912228276200. Your UPS tracking number is 1ZY18Y176747752546. I think between the 2 of us, we should be able to make this happen.

    I apologize this is taking so long, unfortunately we encounter challenges with international shipments on occassion but for the most part we're able to resolve them.
